In this no commentary demo playthrough, we explore the world of Simon Quest, a vampire hunter who arrives too late to claim glory after his rival has already defeated Dracula. Naturally, the only logical solution is to gather Dracula’s remains, resurrect him, and defeat him yourself.
Fans of classic Castlevania games will immediately recognize the inspiration, from the overworld exploration and mansion crawling to the retro visuals and soundtrack. While it isn’t officially connected to the Belmont family, it absolutely captures the spirit of those classic NES adventures.
If you’re a fan of Castlevania II: Simon’s Quest, retro platformers, or modern games inspired by classic NES titles, this is definitely one to keep an eye on.
