With Batman on everyone’s mind this week, it’s only fair that news comes out of another Batman movie, one that is coming out next year. LEGO Batman is due out on February 10, 2017, and even though there isn’t real life filming that needs to be done computerized LEGO piece are currently being created.
Recently USA Today spoke to Will Arnett, who is voicing LEGO Batman, and he let them know what he is most looking forward to in the movie.
The Batcave is even better than we remembered it, it’s awesome. But I also love getting into the ho-hum day-to-day of being Batman and what it’s like to fight crime each day. Like the idea of Batman oversleeping his alarm clock makes me laugh. It really does humanize him.
LEGO Batman made a huge splash in the big budget LEGO movie, and Arnett has also voiced the caped crusader in LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham. In the game we got to see a little big of the Batcave, but I really look forward to seeing what the movie has to offer.
