When Keifer Sutherland took over the voice of Snake in Metal Gear Solid V the fan reaction was mixed, to the say the least. There were a lot of people who wanted David Hayter back as Snake and some people were open to the thought of a new grizzlier voice to fit the aging hero. I have the Metal Gear Collection on Xbox 360, but sadly haven’t opened it yet and right now I’m currently waiting for it to be backwards compatible on Xbox One. Maybe by the time it becomes backwards compatible I’ll be able to play whatever game David Hayter teased on twitter.
Colonel,
What’s the meaning of this? Why am I back in this booth?#SnakeMystery@4pauleiding pic.twitter.com/ma9fJncbVv

Cryptic as it may be, the internet has exploded with happiness that we may be getting the original Snake back in a Metal Gear game. The fact of the matter is that no one really knows if this is really a hint at a new Metal Gear game, for all we know it could be for an animated move coming out or a mobile game. No one really knows, but the fact that we’ll be getting the original Snake back is enough to get any Metal Gear fan excited.
