The upcoming annual Flash and Arrow team up isn’t only to finally bring out Hawk Girl and introduce some new characters, but to start seeing some of them off so that they can be part of a new show in January. The Atom is back and he isn’t really wanting to let the world know he’s alive, so it makes it easier for him to start time jumping when the world thinks you’re dead. There can only be one Black Canary on a team, so the White Canary will be born and take a ride in time while Cisco’s new love Hawk Girl will leave him to also go time hopping. The reduction of characters will help with more tighter plot lines, and with the appearance of Flash and Arrow a few times in DC’s Legends of Tomorrow will help that show gain some viewers.
Check out the official trailer to show starting in a two months and also listen for mention of Batman and Superman, but not by name.
