Hey it’s Comic Con week so be ready for a whole lot of reveals, either upcoming movies or casting in new movies. Preview night was just starting when Variety broke the news that the beautiful Marisa Tomei would be playing Aunt May in the next Spider-Man movie. In my opinion, she is six kinds of attractive and there is no way I’m going to take her as a grey haired older woman. Even though Peter will be a teenager I say they take May Reilly from Earth 1610 and use her to model how Marisa Tomei should be.
Even thought we’ll see a cameo for Spider-Man in Captain America: Civil War, we probably won’t be seeing Aunt May until 2017 when the next stand alone Spider-Man film comes out. The best part about all this is that Marvel will have their hand in the pot, so not only is this going to be a well written movie but it’ll be with an Aunt May that could be in future movies and still look the same. I don’t mean to keep harping on this, but Marisa Tomei may have spoken to Dorian Gray.
