Many of your may have seen the Thug Life video with George Lucas, the creator of Star Wars, at the premiere of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. The moment that was captured and taken out of context had Frank Marshall, the producer of Jurassic World, approaching George Lucas and reminding him that Jurassic World was #1. The audio was cut out of what George and Frank both said, so it sounds like George said “I’ll crush you like a bug”.
What really happened was Frank Marshall approached George and ask him “You’re not going to beat my movie, are you?” in a joking manner. “Jurassic is No. 1. Remember that.” George looked at him and responded “The job is they have to crush you like a bug”. After that they hugged and walked off from the interview area, and all this was captured live during the Star Wars live feed at the world premiere.
