The Killing Joke is one of the most popular Batman stories of all time. Written by Alan Moore, we get to see The Joker pushing Batman to the very end and making him question his only rule. We aslo hear it mentioned in Batman: The Dark Knight when Batman is interrogating The Joker and is told he will have to break his only rule, a scene which I feel is the best part of the movie.
Yesterday Mark Hamill, who will be reprising his role as The Joker in the animated Killing Joke movie, sent out a tweet giving us a glimpse at a scene in the movie.

This is a one off graphic novel which comes from the source material, but doesn’t fit within the monthly single issue releases. This is why at the end of the book, when Batman is holding Joker in the field, the last page show Joker laughing out loud then he immediately stops. I’ll post the page and then the audio of Grant Morrison on Fatman on Batman where he confirms that Batman has killed The Joker.
