Each Monday I like to take a look at a piece of media that stands out to me. This could be anything from an episode of a TV show or cartoon or just an album I think you should enjoy.

Today’s cartoon is the Spider-Man cartoon from my childhood, not the weird 60’s one where he drives a carI picked this cartoon because, like always, something over the weekend had to do with the subject matter of this cartoon. This weekend my fiancee and I went to a engagement retreat as part of our to do list of things before we can get married in a church. Due to the weekend being all about marriage I felt it was only necessary that I pick a cartoon about marriage and why not one of the most famous marriages in comic book history. This cartoon didn’t take directly from the comic, but it had it villains trying to mess things up so it was like any other marriage. One thing that was told to us numerous times is that nothing is going to go smoothly and you just have to roll with the punches and everything will work out, and that’s what happened with Peter Parker and Mary Jane. The wedding day seemed to be doomed from the beginning and after clearing out all the obstacles, their wedding was able to happen.

There may be a 30-45 second black screen that plays before the video, just wait and it will start
