Actors are people just like all the rest of us, and sometimes they may be in the middle of a great story and drop some minor spoilers of an upcoming movie. This is exactly what happened when Michael Shannon, who played General Zod in Man of Steel, gave an interview to Vulture.
What started as a fun story of Michael getting stuck in a porta potty turned into an Arkham Knight size Riddle. During the interview he stated that he was stuck in a porta potty because he had flippers on his hand and he couldn’t release the door. General Zod died at the end of Man of Steel and we see his corpse in the trailer for Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, so why would they morph his hand into a flipper?
My theory takes parts of what has been possibly leaked out by numerous new sources. I mentioned in a previous post that there is a supposed scene of Batman looking in security cameras at Lexcorp after breaking in. One shot is of what looks like The Flash running by some armed men and the other is of Aquaman trapped in a glass box filled with water. What this sounds like to me is Lex Luthor and a high ranking scientist, Cyborgs dad, takes the corpse of General Zod and starts pumping him full of different chemicals to bring him back to life. One of those chemicals is Aquaman’s blood, which mixes with Zod’s Kryptonian blood and mutates him. Lex then starts mixing different chemicals and throws in some Kryptonite. which causes pieces to grow out of the now animated corpse of General Zod. There’s some dialogue spoken and Lex says something in the manner of this monster will bring Doomsday to Superman.
I don’t know about you, but I feel like that would be a pretty good lead in to the Justice League being formed and a teaser of Brainiac or possibly Darkseid.
