Mission Impossible Has It’s Own Escape The Room Game AKA The Murder Box

Legally I’m suppose to say that the Mission Impossible Escape the Room box has never killed anyone, but when it happens make sure you heard remember where you read it first! Actually escape the room games have become pretty popular in the past couple of years and they all started around Halloween. There are big companies that set up horror filled escape games that all a single person or a team to participate. Of course the cost is normally $40-$75, but they tell you that the more people on your team the less it will cost. Knott’s had one that cost $60 additionally to your Halloween Haunt ticket, the guy describing sounded like a moron and it didn’t seem fun. The escape the room game that Paramount Pictures is bringing to theaters isn’t scary and probably won’t kill you. The game may make you frustrated and kill your spirit, but that’s all.

FANS CAN PLAY “MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE ROOM ESCAPE” AT AMC IMAX® THEATRE LOCATIONS IN BOSTON, LOS ANGELES, NEW YORK AND SAN FRANCISCO

HOLLYWOOD, CA (July 2, 2015) – In anticipation of the highly anticipated release of “MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE – ROGUE NATION,” Paramount Pictures and Skydance have partnered with IMAX and AMC Theatres to create “Mission: Impossible Room Escape,” an immersive experience that allows fans to become IMF agents at select AMC IMAX® theatre locations in Boston, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco.

Inside the free “Mission: Impossible Room Escape” game, teams of up to six will be locked in a Mission: Impossible-themed room and given 20 minutes to unlock clues, solve puzzles and find a way to escape.

The “Mission: Impossible Room Escape” is playable at the following AMC IMAX® theatre locations:
