Back in 2010 the gaming world was introduced to an updated version of the one of the most classic video games of all time. Pac-Man Championship Edition DX was first made available to me through my Xbox 360. I heard it was fun and so I purchased it.I enjoy the original Pac-Man very much and as long as the controller isn’t messed up I can make it a couple of boards, but oh man was this game a brain explosion of fun. The updated graphics, the ability to have a long train of ghost and perform an ultra combo after eating a power pellet, this game had it all.
The game was also released for mobile devices for free, and with most games it had in app purchases and limits. You could only play for so long and certain features of the game weren’t aware unless you paid money. I suppose the people at Bandai Namco had a change of heart about their game, so they decided to it make it a single price with no in app purchases. Now, if you pay the one time fee of $5 everything will be unlocked and you won’t have any restrictions.
The game is available on mobile for $5, but the STEAM price is still $10-$15 depending on what package you buy. From what I know the price on gaming consoles have also no changed.
