Just under an hour ago Paragon was announced for the PC. If you already have an EPIC Games accounts, go ahead and sign in and click on the beta link to be added. It’s actually really simple and there doesn’t seem to be a wait to see if you got in or not. Once you’ve clicked on the beta link go ahead and choose begin.
The words that greet you are Prepare for Victory with a description at the bottom stating that you’ll get a new character every week and the ability to unlock unique in game items. These sound like game play terms from other well known games, but I don’t like to compare so we’ll leave it at that. The next screen shows different dates in which new factions of this game will be revealed. Seeing how today was the debut, it’s only fitting that today’s be called Reveal. From what I get the reveals each day will be a new character and today’s is called Twinblast, and after you go to the next screen you have the ability to unlock a unique item.
Fight for Glory – Damage + Bonus vs. Shielded Enemies
Fight for Pride – Damage + Buff vs. Wounded
Fight for Fortune – Critical Strike + Bonus on successive hits
Fight for Infamy – Critical Strike + Bonus vs. Bleeding Targets
I chose to Fight for Glory this time, but don’t worry you can go back and change your choice at any time. Each week a new reveal will happen and you can choose a new item leading up to the release.
