Over the past few days Rockstar Games has been throwing out what would turn out to be layers of a single image. The first image was a painted sun, then a group of guys and even though the internet knew what it was Rockstar gave no comment. This morning Rockstar Games finally came out and said what we were all waiting for, next Fall we will be getting Red Redemption 2.

The original Red Dead game was Red Dead Revolver which was released for the Playstation 2 and Xbox in 2010, next came Red Dead Redemption for the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 in 2010. I never played Red Dead Revolver, but I did put plenty of time into Red Dead Redemption. The ability to posse up online with your friends was great and made for some interesting takes on team deathmatch. With it being the Halloween season, I couldn’t go without also mentioning Undead Nightmare which let you fight zombie townsfolk and animals. If Grand Theft Auto 5 is any indication of the story telling ability and gameplay mechanics that Rockstar Games, Red Dead Redemption 2 blow our minds. Even though we would like to see the continuation of the Marston story, the teaser image does have a Magnificent 7 looking tease so maybe Jack Marston will be teaming up and we’ll get a video game version of Young Guns. In any case, we’ll get our answers this Thursday when the trailer drops.
