A while ago Square Enix announced something called Project: Rising along with a very vague website, with little information leading to speculation of a return of an old game. There was a note that on April 19 the big reveal would happen.
This morning, as promised, Project: Rising was changed to Samurai Rising which is a mobile role playing game for iOS and Android. You can pre-order the game here but there is only Japanese text so the English version may be coming out later. If you’re interested here is the actual trailer to the upcoming game
