Tesladgrad isn’t a new game, in fact it’s been out since 2013. Originally for Microsoft Windows, OSX and Linux, Teslgrad quickly made it jump to home console when it became available on Playstation 3, Playstation 4. Playstation Vita and even the Wii U. The only console it didn’t come out on was an Xbox console, which is weird because usually it’s Nintendo who get’s left out when games are being distributed to consoles. The 2D puzzle platformer is now making it’s way to the Xbox One with a release date slated for March 9.
I, like most Xbox One owners, have never heard of Tesldagrad before and this will all be new. Based on the trailer I can say that I’m a huge fan of the art style, it reminds me of the Fallout animations but with a twist to fit the era when this game takes place. The city in the game is actually named Teslagrad, and when seeing all the ancient technologies such as the Magnetic Glove, Blink Boots, Polatiry Cloak and the Teslastaff, you can’t help but think this is also a nod to Nikola Tesla.
