Step back into the world of Aincrad in this full no commentary playthrough of the Echoes of Aincrad Demo, played on Steam PC.
After trying the demo on Xbox, I switched over to the Steam version because the Xbox build felt noticeably choppy. Thankfully, the PC version provided a much smoother experience and made it much easier to enjoy the combat and exploration.
Echoes of Aincrad lets players create their own character and relive the iconic Aincrad arc of Sword Art Online with fast-paced action combat, party mechanics, weapon progression, and challenging boss fights. The demo offers a solid preview of what’s coming when the full game launches on July 10, 2026, with progress carrying over on the same platform.
