Today Dre and I jumped into Rune Dice on Xbox and honestly had a blast learning the mechanics and figuring out how the game works. At first the game felt surprisingly easy and we started getting WAY too confident… which immediately came back to haunt us.
The final boss of the first area absolutely demolished us in the funniest way possible. We literally joked about getting one shot moments before it happened, and then the game decided to humble us instantly. Instead of raging we just sat there laughing at how badly things went.
To make things even funnier, Dre bought the game on Steam afterward and somehow beat the boss with almost no trouble. Betrayal. Absolute betrayal.
